How To Change Your Fannie Mae DO Password in Encompass

Commonly confused with DU, this is where you can update your DO password in Encompass.

Every 90 days your password expires. Please see you are new password below

Sample Password:      XXX@####

Go to “update DO Settings” in Encompass to update you password

Insert your DO credentials beside “user ID and password” fields and click OK.
