When disclosures are sent, you will receive an email containing a link so you can sign your 1003. After clicking that link, you should see a page that looks like this.

Your instance ID is BE799877.

Your User ID and Password are the same ones you use to log into Encompass.

Check the Remember Me box if you want to skip the login page in the future.
