How to Request the creation of Distributions groups.

To properly request a groups creation, the user will simply need to open a support ticket by emailing it-amc@alamedamortgage.com.

The ticket will need to contain:

The name of the group that is to be created.
The members of said group.
A date that the group will be disabled or deleted (If this group is temporary).
And the email address that you would like the setup in this group. EX: yourcreatedname@alamedamortgage.com
