This article will describe how to request docs from a user who has not yet created an account.
From the account in question Select eFolder
Select Request
Select the New Document Icon
Select you Docs
Note: you can select any of the Docs 1-7, but 2 & 2a are mandatory.
After the request page populates Select Send
Send Request
1. Set the users Authorization Code here.
2. Select the correct document for your request.
3. Notify any Additional users.
4. Ensure that eSign is selected from this drop-down.

· Select the magnifying glass

· Enter the contacts information and press Enter.

1. Select the notification date
2. Select Add
3. The additional contact is added to the notified users list.
4. Select Save to move forward.
