How to request an MI quote in Encompass
Add all our providers to your “My Providers” list
- Arch MI – Direct
- Essent Guaranty, Inc
- National MI
- Radian Direct via Encompass 360
- Genworth – Direct Connect
Open your loan and go to Services on the bottom left.
Click on “Order Mortgage Insurance”
The provider list will pop up. You will need to add our providers from the All Providers tab one at a time.
Go back to My Providers and select the provider for quote.
The quote screen will pop up next. The username, password, and Master Policy Number will be pre-populated for you. Just pick your options and click Rate Quote. Be sure to Pick Deferred Monthly, Monthly Advantage, etc.
