How to Duplicate a Loan

How to Duplicate a Loan

Go to your Pipeline and search for your loan,

Right click on the loan and choose “Duplicate Loan”

Make sure to select the Folder “Prospects” and our default “Duplication Template”

Click “OK” and the system duplicates your loan, this takes up to a few minutes to complete.  Once the process has completed, you will get the following prompt:

Click “Yes” to open the loan and apply the appropriate loan template set; Purchase or Refinance

We have two templates.   In the example below, I picked refinance.  If you do not see our templates make sure you are in the “Companywide” template folder.  Be sure to check the “append” option at the bottom and click on “Select Template”
