How to Create a New Business Contact
Step 1: Open your loan and go to “Tools” then click on “File Contacts”
Step 2: Choose the file contact that you would like to add
Step 3: Click on the address book next to “Company Name”
Step 4: If your new contact is with a company that’s already listed, click on anyone from that company and select “Create New and Select”
Step 5: Now fill in the new contact information (Name, phone number, email, etc.). The reason we use an existing contact is so that you don’t have to put in the Company’s information again
Step 6: Now click on the address book button next to “Company Name” once again. Now the page should be blank, you want to click on “Create New and Select”. Now the new contact should be in the system.
