How to access Optimal Blue (Enhanced) Pricing from Encompass

  1. Login to Encompass and open the loan you would like to price.

  2. From the “Borrower Summary (Alameda)” form, scroll down to “Transaction Details” and click on “Product and Pricing”.


  3. If this is your first use of the pricing engine, you will need to remove “Encompass Product and Pricing Service” for your list of providers and add Optimal Blue (Enhanced).

  4. Highlight “Encompass Product and Pricing Service” by clicking on it once and click on “Remove from My List” at the bottom left.


  5. Click on “All Providers” at the top right to access all available providers. Highlight “Optimal Blue – Enhanced” and click on “Add to my List”.


  6. Click on ‘My Providers” and you are ready to run pricing by clicking “Submit”.
