Fix slow speeds on Wi-Fi

Symptoms

Slow internet speed; check fast.com to test network speeds. If the bug is in effect you should be getting less than 2 Mb/s.
Email coming in hours after it should've.

Run cmd as Admin

netsh interface ipv4 show subinterface
netsh interface ipv4 set subinterface Wi-Fi mtu=1400 store=persistent

Run PowerShell as Admin

in cmd type "powershell"
Disable-NetAdapterRsc -Name Wi-Fi
