Fannie Mae DO - Initial Login and Setup

  1. Go to Services tab
  2. Click on – “Request Underwriting”
  3. Go to “All Providers” tab
  4. Click on Fannie Mae DO for epass and

Going forward, you will go to My Providers tab and highlight the vendor you wish to use and click Submit.

A new “Services View” tab will open. Go to “Update DO Settings"

Insert your DO credentials beside “user ID and password” fields and click OK

When ready to run, click on “Submit DO for ePass”. 

At this screen, input the appropriate credit
