AMC Loan Monitor


The purpose for this loan monitor is to gain insights and observe key information on a loan quickly. There are multiple sections, categorized by key dates, compliance, LE, CD, needs, assets, income, underwriting and the story of the loan.


This form features color coded alerts if certain criteria is not met or needs attention. Items in red are considered hard stops and need to be corrected while items that are yellow should be followed with cation because they might be close to exceeding the boundary of the rules in place.


Here are the rules on this form:

If RESPA has been hit and LE has not been sent the RESPA App Date will be red


If LE has been sent without intent to proceed, Intent to proceed will be red 


If Appraisal has been ordered and the intent to proceed has not or later than the same day, Appraisal and Intent to proceed will be Yellow


If the Appraisal is not received within 4 days, the received box will be yellow


If the Flood Field Cert is checked and flood disclosure are not sent, then Flood Disc Sent will be red


If flood disclosures have gone out but not been received, the Flood Received box will be yellow
