Adding Title Officers to Encompass

Step 1: Go to “File Contacts” under the tools bar


Step 2: Click on “Title Insurance Company” (File Contact 27)








Step 3: Click on the address book icon next to company name


Step 4: Search for your Title Representative and select them in the table at the top and click the select button.















Step 5: If you cannot find your Title Representative, then manually type in their information and click on “Create New and Select”.
